Any modifications may incur additional charges.
If Here We Are Tours cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, safety concerns, or lack of minimum participants), customers will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred due to cancellations (e.g., accommodation, transportation costs).
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
We are not responsible for any bank or transaction fees associated with refunds.
Here We Are Tours is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during tours.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the activities they book.
It is highly recommended to have travel insurance covering trip cancellations and medical emergencies.
